Background

Appointed as the managing agent for a newly refurbished residential block situated in the prime location of Battersea, London. The property consists of a mix of private residential units and commercial spaces. Our involvement began following the transition of the freehold, during which we worked closely with the freeholder to ensure they were fully engaged throughout the process of onboarding and ensuring all aspects of the site were encompassed within the delivery.

Given the recent refurbishment of the building, the owners sought a reliable, professional management team capable of overseeing a smooth transition and ensuring the ongoing efficient management of the property. Our role is to provide comprehensive, expert management services to maintain the high standards of the building and meet the needs of both the residents and commercial tenants.
