In 2024 we were approached by Homes for Lambeth a branch of Lambeth council for the management of the ecofriendly Patmos Lodge Residential Property. Orlando Reid visited the property during development and have worked with the development team and council to assist in the smooth transition from developer to Orlando Reid. The assistance of Orlando has created a supportive and financially viable project for buyers and renters enhancing the very reason for the build.
